Flute Salad Services
Thanks for your interest in booking Flute Salad! First things first: Our goal is to develop a music program that meets both your music and budget needs. The following provides general information about our rates and services. Please contact us to discuss your specific music and budget needs!
General Events (Two Hours)
Our rates for a typical two-hour program are $90 to $150 per hour (that's $30 to $50 per hour per musician), with a two-hour minimum booking. Note that these rates include three musicians, music, transportation to and from your event, and apporpriate attire. Most bookings fall in the middle of this range.
Higher rates may apply if you have extraordinary needs, such as hard-to-find music requests, a last-minute booking, or multiple performance locations, among other variables. Lower rates may apply for non-profit or educational organizations, for example.
General Events (Three or More Hours)
We can accommodate longer music programs as well. For bookings three hours or longer: $150 for the first hour, then $75 per subsequent hour.
Weddings
We are always delighted to be part of these special events. To simplify wedding music bookings, we charge a flat rate of $300. This includes
Two pre-wedding music consultations
Participation in the wedding rehearsal
Complete wedding music, including Prelude, Candle Lighting, Seating of Family, Bridesmaids, Bride, Ceremony, Recessional, and Postlude
We have a selection of music you may choose to use, and we invite your requests as well.

Educational Performances

Ask about Flute Salad's fun yet educational performances geared just for kids. The 60-minute interactive performance allows kids to explore music performed on the piccolo, alto flute, and bass flute, as well as the traditional concert flute. Movement to music, as well as an opportunity to try out some flutes, are favorite parts of these performances. Specially priced for schools and non-profit organizations: $100. |

Ready to move forward? We'll supply a one-page Booking Agreement that outlines the services Flute Salad will provide. The Agreement confirms the booking, as well as makes it easy for you to know what you're getting, when, where, and how.
